Creekside is a small family farm located in Perry County, just north of Harrisburg, PA. Microgreens, culinary herbs, edible flowers and other specialty greens are grown year round in our greenhouses. We take pride in offering only the freshest produce to discriminating chefs and custom growing is our specialty for those chefs who wish an exclusive item on their menu. Many varieties of micro greens are available. Below is a description of a few special ones. Our specialty items are also available through our wholesale partner, Four Seasons Produce Company. During the spring and summer months, we grow a large variety of specialty vegetables. Most of the varieties are selected by the very chefs who will be using them. By meeting with chefs during the winter months, we make our seed selection based on their requests. We farm using sustainable practices and proudly offer only the freshest produce available. Winter vegetable production includes several varieties of radish, baby bok choy, baby fennel & baby leeks.
